Interventions

Intervention 1: Intevention group: Oral cotrimoxazole 400 mg twice daily for 7 days. Intervention 2: Control group: Topical mupirocin 2% twice daily for 5 days.
Treatment - Drugs
Intevention group: Oral cotrimoxazole 400 mg twice daily for 7 days
Control group: Topical mupirocin 2% twice daily for 5 days

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria : Hemodialysis patients carriers of staphylococcus. Exclusion criteria:Patients death; patients migration

Bacterial decolonization. Timepoint: 1,4 and 12 weeks after treatment. Method of measurement: Bacterial culture.
