Intervention 1: Intervention group: the intervention included holding spiritual group meetings for the intervention group during 5 sessions of 45 to 60 minutes based on spiritual-religious strategies.

Inclusion criteria: Suffering from diabetes mellitus Complete awareness of time, place, and individuals 18 to 65 years old The desire to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria: Unwilling to participate in the study Inability to reading and writing

MeasureTime frame
Quality of life in patients with diabetes. Timepoint: Before the intervention and 2 months after the intervention. Method of measurement: SF36 standard questionnaire.
