Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group: a sour orange capsules 500 mg daily plus fluoxetine 20 mg daily. Intervention 2: Placebo (starch) of sour orange plus Flouxetine 20 mg daily.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: birth of a healthy baby, Iranian , 8 weeks after delivery, married and single women of her husband , Ages 18-45, Beck Depression Inventory score of 14 to 28 Exclusion criteria: drug addiction, depression, prenatal diagnosis, history of divorce, the occurrence of pregnancy complications before and after childbirth, the occurrence of stressful event in the past month. Allergy to sour orange during treatment, Beck questionnaire scores higher than 29 (severe depression) Medical and psychological diseases, the mother withdrew from the study, infants hospitalized in intensive care Non-use capsules for 3 days
