Intervention 1: Intervention group:Pregabalin 75 mg oral capsules (lyrics -Pfizer company) with a glass of water at the end of surgery. Intervention 2: Control group:Gelofen 200 milligram oral capsule

Control group:Gelofen 200 milligram oral capsules(Ibuprofen -Doona pharma company) with a glass of water at the end of surgery

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: candidate for third molar extraction; lack of severe cardiac and mental disease; consent to take part in the study Exclusion criteria: history of drug allergy; opiate use; sedative use
