Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: Willingness to Participate in This Study, Achieving Score of 47.5 or More on the Young Internet Addiction Test (YIAT), and Having no History of Mental Illness in the Last Three Months and Sedative Use. Exclusion Criteria: Unwillingness to Continue with This Study, A Lack of Participation in All Educational Sessions and any Unexpected Event Affecting Life During the Study Period.
