Rehabilitation
Aerobic group exercise protocol consists of 24 sessions (three days per week) of moderate intensity walking on a treadmill with zero incline, 30 minutes per each session, with intensity of exercise 5
Individuals in the weighted-vest group, put on the vest before standing on treadmill. The initial inner weight of the vest is 2% of subject's body weight and is gradually increased until 5% of subject
Control group are asked to not change their drugs and lifestyle including activity and dietary during 2 months.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria:Type 2 diabetic patients who suffer from diabetes between 2-10 years; 40-60 years old; Glycated hemoglobin value 6-10%; Body mass index 20-30 kg/m2; Inactive lifestyle (less than 30 minutes per week of exercise); Non-smoking; Non alcoholic; Non opium user; Non insulin injection user; No history of hypertension; No history of cardiovascular disease; No history of musculoskeletal disease; No history of neurological disease; No history of metabolic disorders. Exclusion criteria: Absent for two consecutive sessions; Respiratory problems during exercise; Reluctant to continue the protocol.
