Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: at least 18 years of age; They have at least 3 years of marriage and cohabitation ;they have at least one child ; more than 6 months wife's illness ; the couples must live together during research . Exclusion criteria:A records of marital and court problems and conflicts ;Drug addiction of couples; The experience of recent crises in life except spouse disease; Lack of participation and the absence in more than one session at the training program; A history of psychiatric disorders of each couples.
