Intervention group: The intervention group used an aloe vera gel twice a day with a thickness of 1-2 mm and at least 6 hours on the irradiation area from a week before the start of radiotherapy.
Control group: The control group used an aloe placebo twice a day with a thickness of 1-2 mm and at least 6 hours on the irradiation area from a week before the start of radiotherapy.

20 Years to 77 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing radiation therapy 21-78 years old absence of any type of skin infection in the treated area absence of previous radiotherapy in the chest absence of diabetes and liver disease don't use of narcotics willingness to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to continue to the study patient's death simultaneous use of another local drug hypersensitivity to the product used
