Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing hemodialysis for at least 3 months Patients undergoing hemodialysis regularly 3 times a week Age between 18 to 65 years old The desire to participate in the study Having the ability to attend meetings

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to participate in the study Lack of full awareness of time, place and individuals
