Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients over 18 years of age Patients under 60 years old with Pylonidal sinus Candidate for Open Sinus Pillonidal Surgery Referring to Baqiyatallah Hospital
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Diabetes mellitus immune deficiency pregnancy Lactation
