Interventions

Intervention 1: Control group: The patients in this group will take Metformin (500 mg tablet), TDS, for 3 months. Intervention 2: Intervention group: The case in this group will takes 5gr Fennel drink
Treatment - Drugs
Control group: The patients in this group will take Metformin (500 mg tablet), TDS, for 3 months.
Intervention group: The case in this group will takes 5gr Fennel drink after every meal (three times a day) and she also will do cupping. She will do it on the cesarean section line on the skin of abd

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: women between 18-40; Definite PCOS diagnosis; oligomenorrhea; patient's satisfaction to participate in the study. Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy; breast feeding; Simple cyst in ovary; Past history of ovarian or uterine malignancy; Irregular menstruation with hypermenorreah; chronic systemic disease that need to treatment; cancer history.

Oligomenorrhea. Timepoint: every 3 weeks. Method of measurement: Interview.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Mens regulation. Timepoint: Every 4 weeks. Method of measurement: Interview.;Management of dysmenorreah symptoms. Timepoint: after 3 months. Method of measurement: history.
