Inclusion criteria: Patients with gestational diabetes aged 18 to 40 years

Exclusion criteria: Taking selenium supplements before the intervention Needing insulin therapy Placenta abruption Pre-eclampsia Eclampsia Hypo and hyperthyroidism Smokers
