Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Singleton pregnant women who has vaginal bleeding in GA<12 wks and alive fetus and closed cervix. Exclusion criteria: Multiple pregnancy; history of recurrent abortion; Having fever; HTN; DM; Uterine anomalies; Consumption of progesterone in 3 wks before starting the study; Pregnancy termination due to any reason and missed abortion in progress of the study.
