Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Declaration of willingness to participate in the study by completing the informed consent form Age range 18-60 years Access to the Internet and a smartphone or tablet to use the application No cognitive and mental disorders in family caregivers according to the center's psychiatrist Degree (2-4) of disease in patients, based on medical records and the GOLD scale Possession of minimum literacy No vision or hearing problems

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness of the patient and caregivers to continue cooperation Withdrawal of samples from the study for any reason such as hospitalization, death of the patient under their care, relocation, etc. Defects in completing the questionnaires
