Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having a BMI above 25 having no orthopedic problem accepting study conditions having no psychological problem

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Absence of more than one session in the exercise program physical injury reluctance to continue to exercise
