Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The end of the chemotherapy and radiation therapy period the age range of 27 to 48 years the lack of participation in exercise training over the past six months the use of tamoxifen drug the absence of chronic diseases

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Absence of more than one session in the exercise program recurrence of disease physical injury reluctance to continue to exercise
