Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: E) the terms of inclusion and exclusion criteria: The main condition of the patient in the emergency room: Iranian Mashhad city and suburbs resident is to be consent to participate in research because of head trauma in the emergency department is aged between 18 and 60 years have, to speak the Persian language; The main condition of the patient in the emergency exit: Patients also tend to have more cooperation in research, patient dies due to various reasons. Conditions of entry in the ward: Iranian Mashhad city and suburbs resident is to be consent to participate in research; to be hospitalized due to head trauma, aged between 18 and 60 years have .; to speak the Persian language. Terms of out patient the ward: Patients also tend to have more cooperation in research .; patient dies due to various reasons. , The patient is admitted for less than 24 hours; patients transferred to another department.

Anticipate the need ICU hospitalization. Timepoint: Triage and 12 hours after the bed. Method of measurement: The number of staying in icu and the number of transfer of a patient from section to the icu.;The need for CPR. Timepoint: Triage. Method of measurement: The number of cases CPR carried out.;Functional independence. Timepoint: At the end of the day the first to the fifth in bed. Method of measurement: Form based on the performance of independence.;Disability. Timepoint: At the end of the day the first to the fifth bedridden. Method of measurement: According to form functional disability.
