Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Age from 18 to 35 years; No history of physical and mental chronic disease ; Having an uncomplicated and term pregnancy; Wanted pregnancy; Not using ART in recent pregnancy; Literate Exclusion criteria: No participate in training sessions; The loss of each incusion criterion; At the same time participate in other classes; unwillingness to continue working during study
