Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Married women who have been married for at least one year At least elementary education Age range 18 to 49 years Having a smartphone At least one year of hypothyroidism diagnosed by an endocrinologist Sexual function score 26.5 or less based on the scale FSFI score above 11 on the FSDS-R scale
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy and breastfeeding menopause history of infertility history of pelvic surgery sexual dysfunction in spouse (male) smoking, alcohol and hookah suffering from physical diseases affecting sexual function use of drugs affecting sexual function suffering to mental illnesses (score 23 and above based on the GHQ questionnaire) participating in educational and counseling courses related to improving sexual function during the last 6 months
