In the control groups (each block contains 30 person and totally 60 person in control groups), after the end of the assessments, an hour training session will be held.

18 Years to 45 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria : Type 1 or type 2 diabetes; Being married; The age of 18 to 40 years; Not being pregnant; Participate in the study with informed consent; Lack of chronic, Mental or physical diseases; Without ophthalmic complications, physical or diabetic foot ulcers; Without drug dependence; Not using hypnotic drugs and psychotropic substances . Exclusion criteria: Getting chronic disease along with diabetes.
