Intervention 1: In the intervention groups, women with diabetes, depending on the type of diabetes, will be divided to type 1 and type 2 diabetes blocks. Each block will contain an intervention group

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria : Type 1 or type 2 diabetes; Being married; The age of 18 to 40 years; Not being pregnant; Participate in the study with informed consent; Lack of chronic, Mental or physical diseases; Without ophthalmic complications, physical or diabetic foot ulcers; Without drug dependence; Not using hypnotic drugs and psychotropic substances . Exclusion criteria: Getting chronic disease along with diabetes.
