Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: having at least associate degree in nursing; at least six months work experience in the field of children nursing; having easy access to computer and the Internet; registering in continuing education system. Exclusion criterion: Participate in any training course in the field of pediatric pain management. - Unwillingness to continue to participate in each phase of the study
