Interventions

Intervention 1: "Intervention group": 8 weeks aerobic exercise with static bicycle and lower limbs resistance exercise training during hemodilysis. Intervention 2: Control group: No exercise training.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Iranain men and women in range of 45-75 years Type 2 diabetic patients for at least 5 years according to the endocrinologist opinion Patients with end stage renal disease according to the nephrologist opinion Undergoing hemodilysis continusly Body mass index less than 35 kilogram per meter square

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of kidney transplant surgery Dialysis graft in lower limbs History of cardiovascular surgery History of pulmonary disease History of neurologic and psycologic disease Orthopedic limitations Active infection Uncontrolled hypertension (systolic blood pressure more than 140 millimeter of mercury or diastolic BP more than 90 millimeter of mercury)

MeasureTime frame
Physical function level. Timepoint: Before intervention and 2 months after intervention. Method of measurement: 6 minute walking test.;The levels of High sensitivity C-reactive protein. Timepoint: Before intervention and 2 months after intervention. Method of measurement: Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, ELISA KIT.;The levels of Health related quality of life. Timepoint: Before intervention and 2 months after intervention. Method of measurement: short form 36 (sf-36) health survey.;The levels of Fasting plasma glucose. Timepoint: Before intervention and 2 months after intervention. Method of measurement: Glucose assay kit.;The Levels of Interleukin-6. Timepoint: Before intervention and 2 months after intervention. Method of measurement: Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay kit, ELISA KIT.;Muscle strength level. Timepoint: Before intervention and 2 months after intervention. Method of measurement: manual dynamometer.
