Inclusion criteria: Having the consent to participate in the study Holding a bachelor's degree in nursing Having at least 3 months of experience in hemodialysis No record of attending evidence-based training workshops

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to participate in the study Missing more than two hours in an evidence-based training class
