Inclusion criteria: Having the consent to participate in the study Minimum education in medical diploma and related to medical emergency No track record of attending team-based workshops Operating in the field of employment with a formal, contractual, contractual, contractual and corporate mandate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Not willing to continue participation in the study for any reason No more than two hours in the workshop
