Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Satisfaction to participate in the study 2. Having a minimum undergraduate nursing degree 3. Lack of participation in the spiritual intelligence workshop in the last 6 months 4. Lack of participation in communication skills workshop in the last 6 months 5. At least 6 months work experience at Imam Khomeini Hospital in Mahabad

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unwilling to participate in the study 2. No more than one session of training sessions 3. Leave or transfer to another hospital
