18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age: 18-65 years old No history of previous colonoscopy Not having an emergency colonoscopy Familiarity with patient or a companions in Persian or Turkish Having ordered at least two days prior to colonoscopy The lack of use of hypnotics and sedative medications and triangular anti-depressant drugs, calcium channel blockers, and drug addiction or strong analgesics Not having severe pain due to the nature of the disease (cancer).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hospitalized patients Drug addiction or strong analgesia Having previous colonoscopy history Cancer patients
