Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: All nurses have a bachelor's degree or higher? At least year have jobs in the emergency department? Inclination and have full consent to participate in research. Exclusion criteria: Change work or anything that prevents the continuation of the cooperation? Dissuasion of research because of unwillingness or transfer to another center.
