Intervention 1: Group 1, 90 seconds before intubation, intravenous lidocaine 5.1 mg kg,. Intervention 2: Group 2, two minutes before intubation and 10 micrograms per kg of propranolol IV. Intervention

Group 1, 90 seconds before intubation, intravenous lidocaine 5.1 mg kg,
Group 2, two minutes before intubation and 10 micrograms per kg of propranolol IV
Group 3 received only induction drugs.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: age range 25 to 40 years Darary indication for elective surgery, without serious disease, diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, kidney and liver, respiratory Exclusion criteria: patients to treatment Darvyyba lidocaine and propranolol history of consumption and the incidence of allergic or suffering from heart disease, lung disease, insulin-dependent diabetes, angina, persistent and hyperthyroidism who have a contraindication to the use of ß-blocker are; the incidence of medical complications threat life, pregnancy and lactation; monoamine oxidase inhibitors, concomitant use

MeasureTime frame
Systolic and diastolic blood pressure and mean arterial. Timepoint: Before induction of anesthesia, 2 and 5 minutes after induction of anesthesia. Method of measurement: Sphygmomanometer.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Heart beat. Timepoint: Before induction of anesthesia, 2 and 5 minutes after induction of anesthesia. Method of measurement: The number of heart beats in a minute.
