Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Karnofsky performance status more 70 to 100 percents Age more than 18 years old Hemoglobin more than 8 g/dl Hematocrit more than 30 % SGOT less than 3 upper normal limit Bilirubin less than 2 mg/dl Creatinine level less than 2 mg/dl Creatinine clearance more than 60 ml/min Normal thyroid function tests

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: chronic background disease that may cause fatigue
