Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: complex ulcers with indication of skin graft. Exclusion criteria: inability to prepare skin graft.

Graft success. Timepoint: on the fifth day after surgery. Method of measurement: through clinical examination.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The patient satisfaction. Timepoint: on the fifth day after surgery. Method of measurement: using standard questionnaire.;The severity of pain. Timepoint: on the fifth day and the second week after surgery. Method of measurement: using a visual analog scale.
