Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primiparous women Singleton pregnancy Low-risk pregnancy without any medical or obstetric problems (such as a history of previous premature birth, infertility, miscarriage) Gestational age 37 weeks or more Cephalic fetus Participation in childbirth preparation classes Decision to choose normal vaginal delivery Having a cephalopelvic proportion during the vaginal examination performed in the 37th week of pregnancy The desire of the mother to have a normal vaginal delivery in Sinai Hospital Spontaneous onset of labor pains

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Drug or alcohol addiction Any medical problems during pregnancy such as preeclampsia and diabetes requiring insulin The estimated weight of the fetus more than 4000 grams or less than 2500 grams
