Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age over 18 years Patients with primary pterygium
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Having glaucoma Having intraocular pressure History of conjunctival surgery Having other uncontrolled ocular diseases History of ocular surgery in the fellow eye within the past 3 months Use of topical ophthalmic medications other than artificial tears
