Conditions

Mild depressive. Mild depressive episode Two or three of the above symptoms are usually present. The patient is usually distressed by these but will probably be able to continue with most activities.

Interventions

Intervention 1: [vercome depression e learning , under the supervision of a psychiatrist collaborator, in 8 sessions for 2 months. Intervention 2: Routine school curriculum.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Main Inclusion criteria: Hamadan high School Girls; diagnosed minor depression in descriptive phase; easy access to the Internet; Main exclusion criteria: Major Depressive Disorder;current therapy for depression; A history of being treated with Behavioral Therapy ;diagnosis of schizophrenia (current or past) or bipolar disorder; A current serious medical illness that causes; significant disability or dysfunction;A significant reading impairment;a significant reading impairment;developmental disabilities

MeasureTime frame
Rate of depression. Timepoint: befor intervention and 2 months after intervention. Method of measurement: Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression Scale-(CED-S).

Social Cognitive theory constracts. Timepoint: before intervention and 2 months after intervention. Method of measurement: Self constructed questionnair.;Female adolescents knowledge. Timepoint: before intervention and 2 months after intervention. Method of measurement: Self constructed questionnair.
