| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Insulin resistance according to HOMA-score. Timepoint: At day 0 - day 3. Method of measurement: It will be calculated by FBS (is measured with a blood auto-analyzer in mg/dl) and serum insulin (is measured with insulin kit and ELISA method in µmol/L ).;Blood glucose level. Timepoint: At day 0-day 1- day 2- day 3, as every 6 hours per day. Method of measurement: By a blood auto-analyzer in mg/dl.;Adiponectin plasma concentrations (as a insulin resistance biochemical marker). Timepoint: At day 0 - day 3. Method of measurement: By adiponectin kit and ELISA method in µg/ml.;Serum magnesium level. Timepoint: At day 0- day 1- day 2- day 3. Method of measurement: By spectrophotometry and Pars-Azmoon kit in mg/dl.;Intracellular magnesium concentration (RBC magnesium level). Timepoint: At day 0- day 1- day 2- day 3. Method of measurement: By spectrophotometry and Pars-Azmoon kit in mg/dl. | — |
