Inclusion criteria: Includion criteria: all patients with STEMI and candidate for primary PCI Exclusion criteria: patients without using of adenosine or stent

Primary

MeasureTime frame
ST resolution. Timepoint: First ECG in the CCU after PPCI. Method of measurement: Decrease of ST elevation in the ECG.;No reflow. Timepoint: After stent deployment. Method of measurement: During angiography.

Slow flow. Timepoint: After stent deployment. Method of measurement: During angiography.
