Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria: patients aged 6-10 years old who had bilateral primary molar teeth with carious lesion; teeth were suitable for restoration; no tenderness to percussion; no pain except after eating; no clinical and/or radiographic signs of pulp degeneration; less than two-thirds of the root length affected with physiological resorption; no systemic diseases that contra-indicatedconservative pulp therapy (such as leukemia and some types of malignancies)
