Intervention 1: in control group, 3 tablet daily for first 3 days with 150mg dose and 2 tablet per day for 4 following days with 100mg dose will be prescribed placebo for patients. Intervention 2: in

in case group, 3 tablet daily for first 3 days with 150mg dose and 2 tablet per day for 4 following days with 100mg dose will be prescribed anahyl tablet for patients.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: patient with attachment loss more than 5mm; patients who were not underwent periodontal surgery Exclusion criteria: Smokers, systemic disease like hemophilia and diabetes and Patient who are sensitive to carrot; celery and olive.

| GI index. Timepoint: before surgery, 7 days after surgery, 14 days after surgery. Method of measurement: 0: normal gingiva, 1: mild inflammation and negative blood on probing. 2: blood on probing and mild inflammation. 3: blood on probing and severe inflammation.;REEDA index. Timepoint: 7 days after surgery, 14 days after surgery. Method of measurement: for each parameter(redness, ecchymosis, edema, discharge & approximation) will be recorded and scored 0 to 3 for each of mentioned values. Records will be summed (between 0 to 15) that explains the healing process will be achieved. (The number closer to zero, the better wound healing has been done). | — |
