Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: at least 2 maxillary primary molars with same characteristics needing extraction cooperative behavior for dental treatment under local anesthesia physical and psychological health of the child

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: history of allergy to local anesthetic solution abscess in the injection site consumption of analgesics in the last 24 hours
