Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: age 50 and more; severe osteoarthritis. Exclusion criteria: neuromuscular disease; Previous knee infection that leads to deformity of knee; Knee joint destruction due to underlying disease except Knee osteoarthritis; previous fracture of knee; systemic arthritis.
