Timepoint: Before - immediately and 3 months later. Method of measurement: Health-Promoting Lifestyle Profile II questionnaire.;Health literacy. Timepoint: Before - immediately and 3 months later. Method of measurement: Test of Functional Health Literacy in Adults questionnaire.
