Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1- who agreed to participate; 2- Minimum age =60 years; 3- Do not have a cognitive disorder; 4- Minimum stay in nursing homes=3 months Exclusion criteria: They do not want to cooperate; absence of more than 1 in training sessions;For any reason during the study lost his mind and not be able to continue their cooperation; death
