Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Literacy; wanted pregnancy; first pregnancy; resident of Hamedan; having a slight upward anxiety and depression scores (scores of 8 and up); lack of stressful events science 6 months ago and Exclusion criteria: absence in more than one session of counseling sessions; the occurrence of unpleasant events during the study; re- pregnancy during the study, the use of tranquilizers; addiction to drugs, tobacco, psychotropic drugs and alcohol
