Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Satisfaction to participate in the study A nurse working in the hemodialysis department with at least three months of work experience Responsible for direct care of the patient (ward nurse) No history of participating in vascular access care training sessions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having a history of participating in hemodialysis vascular access care training sessions
