Inclusion criteria: Physical and mental health Daily brushing habit 8-12 year old children

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Uncooperative patient Use of Antibiotic one month prior to research Use of mouthwash,fluoride gel and gum containing Xylitol one month prior to research Having untreated decayed teeth
