Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Healthy postmenopausal women aged 45 to 65 with no vaginal bleeding for one year; a normal mammogram in the last year Exclusion criteria: use of systemic and tropical estrogen in past six months.
