Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The samples were patients with heart failure diagnosed by a cardiologist and hospitalized in educational and medical centers affiliated with Isfahan University of Medical Sciences. The sample age is between 35 and 70. Have chronic heart failure in class II, III, and IV

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The sample does not wish to continue participating in the study. 20% or more of the questionnaire is incompletely filled out

Cognitive flexibility score on the Cognitive Flexibility Inventory. Timepoint: Measurement of cognitive flexibility score before the intervention, immediately after the intervention, and one month after the intervention. Method of measurement: Cognitive Flexibility Inventory.;Illness perception score on Brief Illness Perception Questionnaire. Timepoint: Measurement of Illness perception score before the intervention, immediately after the intervention, and one month after the intervention. Method of measurement: Brief Illness Perception Questionnaire.
