Exclusion criteria: Atrial fibrillation rhythm Active malignant diseases candidate for revascularization Functional Classes 3 and 4

Patient function class. Timepoint: Before intervention and one month after intervention. Method of measurement: 6 minute walking test.;Left ventricular contraction. Timepoint: Before intervention and one month after intervention. Method of measurement: Echocardiography.
