Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: ICU admission less than 1 week ; SIRS positive ; APACHE Score higherthan 10 ; Pneumonia diagnosis ; Tea consumption history Exclusion criteria : being NPO ; pregnancy ; age less than 18 years
