Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Term infants (Gestational age 38 to 42 weeks); normal birth weight (2500 to 4000 grams), fifth minute APGAR score= 7. Exclusion criteria: Congenital defects; Infection and wound at the site of venipuncture; Serious disease symptoms such as septicemia after 24 hours from the test; unsuccessful try in venipuncture.
