18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 18 and 40 years old Body mass index between 26 and 38 kg/m2 Ability to read and write No change in weight for 3 months prior to intervention

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy Breastfeeding Chronic disease (diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, hypo or hypothyroidism, liver disease, kidney disease) History of mental illness Malignancy Use of lipid-lowering drugs Use of insulin sensitizing drugs Use of contraceptives Special diets or exercise for weight loss in the past 6 months

Quality of life. Timepoint: At baseline (before the intervention) and at the end of the intervention (week 16). Method of measurement: Health-related quality of life questionnaire.;Self-Esteem. Timepoint: At baseline (before the intervention) and at the end of the intervention (week 16). Method of measurement: Rosenberg Self-Esteem Questionnaire.
